Say what you will about her reality TV shows The Hills, Laguna Beach, etc., but Lauren Conrad has some serious style. Case in point, she is wearing blue ombre nails and hair and she executes both flawlessly. To avoid any Smurf comparisons, she keeps her outfit neutral. I couldn't pull it off, but you've got to hand it to her.
